Age Restriction: Access to bww7 and all gaming, betting, and wagering services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bww7 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bww7 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, bww7 may void all bonuses, confiscate any associated winnings, and permanently close all related accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any subsequent time that bww7 requests verification. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
bww7 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents for KYC purposes include a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PRC card, or other PAGCOR-approved government-issued identification. KYC verification is a one-time requirement per account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bww7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify bww7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access. bww7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.
An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bww7 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee on dormant accounts, and may close dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered contact details on file. Any remaining balance after administrative fees will be returned to the player upon verified request.
bww7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-connected local bank accounts. Available payment methods are subject to change and are confirmed on the Cashier page within your bww7 account at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit at bww7 is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to the sending institution's processing times. bww7 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender is not the registered bww7 account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account and verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within 1 to 3 business hours depending on the receiving institution.
bww7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
All bww7 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied within the platform.
bww7 offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict, specific offer conditions take precedence over these general terms.
Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to meet bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, account suspension, and may be reported to PAGCOR.
All bww7 games that rely on a random outcome — including slot games and RNG-based table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurately disclosed for each game and reflect the independently verified payout rates.
Game results as recorded on bww7's servers are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on bww7's servers, the server record shall prevail. Players who believe a game result to be in error must contact bww7 support within 72 hours, providing all relevant game round details.
bww7 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions, network failures, or interruptions in service that are beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, bww7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
Live dealer games are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable studio's game rules as displayed within the game interface. bww7 accepts no liability for errors or decisions made by live dealers, which are handled under the respective studio's dispute resolution procedures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bww7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
bww7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected; (b) bww7 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable regulatory authority; (c) bww7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) bww7 is unable to verify a player's identity to its satisfaction.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bww7 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts subject to ongoing investigations will remain under review until the investigation is resolved.
Upon account closure for any reason, all pending, unclaimed, or partially wagered bonus balances are immediately forfeited and will not be paid out, regardless of the circumstances of the closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bww7's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming services shall be limited to the net deposits made by the player to their bww7 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
bww7 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data or information; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind; or (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms, negligent use of the platform, or use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms limits bww7's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by bww7's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bww7; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
bww7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR regulatory obligations, and improve our services.
bww7 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, licensed payment processors (including GCash and Maya), game technology providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are strongly encouraged to contact bww7 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. bww7 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 30 days of a formal written complaint being received. Complaints may also be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance division in accordance with the applicable PAGCOR complaint procedures.
